I learnt lots of new information, including: learning about first aid, nutrition and about opportunities to go to universities in America.
It was very nice being able to bond with your team, when doing activities off the pitch, I learned more about nutrition and the right foods to eat.
The staff have been really kind and helpful, they have helped me to become a better player and helped me to know what I can improve on in the future when I leave the camp.
I thought the ESFA staff were kind and supportive which made it a lot easier to come into camp feeling quite nervous. I found it really good seeing the physio as she was very kind and good at giving me advice and how to help with my injuries.
The accommodation has been good the rooms are nice and you have places to hang out with the team after training too.
